Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

• Damaged or defective books: If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stajam@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Wrong item received: If you received the wrong book, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
• Change of mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind on books, as they are knowledge products.
• COD orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
